From Warcraft 3 Half-Life MODs

This guide will help you upgrade to the latest version of Warcraft 3 Expansion.

Requirements

1. Counter-Strike or Condition Zero game server installation (Windows Installation Guide or Linux Installation Guide)
2. AMX Mod X Installation
3. Previous Warcraft 3 Expansion Installation with the SAME AMX MOD X Version number What is this?
4. You have downloaded the latest version of Warcraft 3 Expansion

Replace existing files

After you have downloaded the latest version, all you will need to do is copy the files over in a similar fashion to the install guide, see below.

Note: You may want to back up your configuration files before copying these files

|--cstrike (or czero)
  |--addons
    |--amxmodx
      |--configs    - This is where the war3x folder (which contains the configuration files) should go
      |--plugins    - This is where war3x.amxx should go
      |--scripting  - This is where the war3x source code should go (not required)
  |--sounds         - This is where the contents of the sounds folder should go
  |--sprites        - This is where the contents of the sprite folder should go
  war3x.css         - This is where the war3x.css file should go
